We aim to deliver your Myco drinks as quickly as possible to help you start mastering your mind. All UK orders are processed and shipped from us directly in London, England.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days
- Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday are typically dispatched same day
- Orders placed after 2pm Thursday or during weekends will be dispatched the following Monday
- Current delivery is available within the UK only, with international shipping coming soon
Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak periods, bank holidays, and national holidays. We aim to ship orders the same day they are placed.
Order Modifications
Need to modify your order? Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 1 hour of placing your order. While we'll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once order processing has begun.
Returns Policy
Food and Beverage Products
Due to the nature of our products and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of Myco drinks or other consumable items. However, we are committed to providing the highest quality functional beverages and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Non-Consumable Items
For merchandise and non-consumable items (such as our tote bags):
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving returned items
Promotional Codes
- Promotional codes can only be applied at checkout
- Codes cannot be applied to previous orders
- One promotional code per order
- Each code can typically only be used once per customer
- Promotional codes may not be available when using express checkout options like Apple Pay
